Erase logger flash

Type: Erase type -1:erase all logger internal flash data

2.14 PMTK185 LOCUS START/STOP LOGGER

Command purpose:

Stop or start logging data.

Command number: 185

Status: Stop logging - 0: Stop logging

1: Start logging

Snapshot write log.
